Your exchange order is issued automatically once you have completed your return. We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. For most shipments, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days after processing. Shipments to US territories, Alaska or Hawaii, addresses may take up to 45 days to arrive.

For immediate exchanges, you can receive your new item right away, but the original item must be returned within the specified time, or you will be charged for both items.
